MARKETING
Spreading the word about of one of the world’s leading DAPs
The Challenge
Ever since the pandemic hit the world, the need for Digital Adoption Platforms became clear, not only for SaaS providers, but for every business that fell behind on user onboarding and digital transformation. When I started at this Munich startup, the outside visual identity was still being formed and the growing pains could be found in every aspect of it.
The Solution
To facilitate the growth from 50 people to more than 100 and to help Userlane spread its reach beyond the DACH region, I helped creating a visual identity across our social media materials, internal and external documents, iconography and motion identity. Our push for stronger collaboration with the product design team, helped bridge visual inconsitencies and introduced a cleaner and more streamlined brand voice across all channels.
My Role
Marketing design, motion design, brand design, illustration, editorial and infographic design
Editorial and infographic design
External and internal documents where information architecture, clarity and brand values needed to come across.
Everything from GSlides presentations, to expert certifications and complex data visualization in infographics, was guided by a joy of use, the drive for fast and snackable information and a strong focus on the needs of our clients.
Social media campaigns
Advertising our whitepapers, expert interviews and product videos where our clients usually communicate.
Making software simple
Our tool promises to enable everyone to use any software. So our explainer video is directed at the the people responsible for software adoption in their companies and caters to their needs.
Iconography
Owing to our company values of fun, simplicity and relatibility, I creeated an extensive set of icons and illustrations that are used across infographics, videos and various ad channels.
Talk about it
Technical innovation, certifications, compliance reports – every bit that helps increase the trust that our clients put into the product needs to be presented and shown off.
