Streamlining the contract process

The Challenge

Being in the business of providing full marketing support to BMW, MINI and BMW Motorcycle dealers, made it necessary for Interone to earn the trust of potential clients through streamlined processes and making sure their experience always stayed enjoyable and fruitfull.

The Solution

The first touchpoint for every dealer is our proprietary “Auftragsmanager” ticket system that was built on top of industry leading off-the-shelf solutions to reflect the needs of our clients and the BMW Group visual identity. Since many dealers aren’t tech savvy, it needed to feel clean and intuitively. Animated tutorial videos were produced to help users kickstart their experience and filtering functionality was devised to provide them with the right information at the right time.

More dashboard, less complexity

Our clean interface allows users to immediately start setting up job tickets with minimal distractions but gives them easy access to additional information that eliminates the need for lenghty email exchanges and reduces instances of clients leaving the process prematurely.

Translating dynamic driving to video

Understanding the brand and its motion identity allowed me to remix the high quality video assets, infusing them with brand new massaging in exciting and powerful campaign spots.

Thoughtful UI and UX design

Our ticket system guides users through a simple “if-this-than-that“ ordering process that limits choice to each respective step, so potential clients aren’t immediately overwhelmed.

This helped replace traditionally complicated and incomplete orders and briefings that used to come in by email and reduced the time needed to manually transfer information into our internal ticket system by more than 80%.

Data visualization and micro animations

Special attention was given to getting the dashboard elements right and infusing them with subtle animations that encourage users to start exploring and using the more advanced features.
